Closet.Tec Inc., a creative design house for custom closets, home offices, wall beds, pantries and garages has opened in Sarasota.
The firm is not a franchise, like most other custom closet firms, but has a long term arrangement with northeast giant Closettec, a home organization and storage company with over two decades of experience. Closet.Tec Inc. operates exclusively in the western portion of Florida and has selected Sarasota as their home office for all manufacturing.
The founder and owner brings with him a long history of successful executive management in firms ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 and is the grandson of famous Charlotte, NC architect, James McMichael. His design skills and business leadership have joined together in this new venture for the benefit of the Sun Coast. The firm employs designers, installers and manufacturing personnel to serve the local needs for organizing the home – in fact they have a federal trademark on “Organizing Homelife”.
Systems are designed free of charge following an in-home visit and consultation, then custom manufactured and installed within 10 to 14 days following order agreement. Wall beds from Sico and Murphy are available along with a wide variety of storage and office systems that can be included with wall bed installations.
A visit to their new central showroom at 5691 Derek Avenue, just 2 miles east of 75 off Clark Road will give you a hands-on view of their custom offerings as well as a sampling of installations they have completed from North Port to Bradenton. Phone 923.4563.
